The Charlie Mike Group helps colleges and universities create a campus ready to recruit, support and retain warriors who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

We bring student veterans together on campus to support each other. We teach them to succeed using the strengths they developed in military service: to act with honor and courage; to never quit; to never leave a fellow warrior behind.

We teach faculty and staff to understand, appreciate and engage the unique mindset of their veteran students, resulting in higher retention and graduation rates.
